REYHER – EXPERTISE The highest security of supply and process security is essential for servicing and assembling wind turbines. We make sure of this by using ROM – REYHER Order Management for C-part manage- ment. Sophisticated kanban supply systems offer combinable modules, RFID technology, barcode systems, flexible label- ling and modern data transmission paths. An all-round care package that smoothly supplies material – secure, precise and aligned on the individual requirements and needs of the wind energy sector. We offer our customers a variety of e-business solutions to make the order process for wind energy fasteners as easy and efficient as pos- sible. With our extensive range of services we efficiently support plant manufacturers and suppliers with simplified and direct pro- curement thanks to direct data exchange via EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), our webshop RIO – REYHER Internet Order, by assessing demand by barcode or using electronic catalogues. Automated data processing via EDI also reduces manual checking – improving data quality and help- ing to avoid errors. Whether working on the tower, rotor blades or in the turbine house: We realise the assembly of the sets in accordance with customer wishes. Fasteners and accessories are put together as required in the exact installation order and then delivered directly to the building site. Guaranteeing faster, more efficient and safer work. ASSEMBLY KITS The technical demands made when planning the fasteners used and of their quality are extremely high in wind energy in particular. Our specially trained REM – REYHER Engineering Management team provides the important support here. The experienced engineers and technicians provide expert advice, including on the safety and quality of REYHER products.
