REYHER – FOR EFFICIENT PROCES S In the automotive sector, REYHER has specialised in one of the most important branches of industry in the world: In our division for this highly specialised industry, we offer first-class fasteners for original equipment, main- tenance and repairs and complete the service with our logistical expertise. Thanks to fully-automated warehouse logistics and just- in-time deliveries with batch tracking, our state-of-the- art logistics centre at our headquarters in Hamburg enables us to achieve a readiness for delivery of more than 99 per cent. One special focus of the Automotive division is quality assurance: As a VDA 6.2-certified company, we have all the sector-specific expertise and are always close to our customers. Our REYHER subsidiarie REYHER Asia-Pacific based in Shanghai (China) and another branch office in Kaoshiung (Taiwan) support Asia, and the East European market is looked after by our subsidiary REYHER Eastern Europe in Budapest (Hungary). Our product portfolio covers more than 130,000 items with standard, special and customer-specific parts. There are about 80,000 standard parts available for the automotive sector, as well as several thousand original and customer-specific parts for all common car and commercial vehicle brands. These include fasteners for electric vehicles, steering and axle systems, suspension/ chassis, engine technology, brakes, wheel bearings, exhaust systems as well as other wearing parts. Our suppliers are leading partners of both, the OEMs and the supplier industry and are selected in accordance with strict quality criteria. We offer customised repair kits for the aftermarket. Our product management takes over the time-consuming research of individual parts and identifies accessories and OE part numbers with support of our databases. We offer all the relevant products and services such as managing C-parts, procuring special and customer- specific parts, and e-business and logistics solutions as packages from one source to simplify your procurement processes. 4

REYHER – EXPERTISE RKP – REYHER Kitting & Packaging realises the assembly of fasteners, packaging materials and labels according to customer requirements. This includes assembled repair kits and commercial packaging for the aftermarket, as well as pre-assembled parts for original equipment that can be delivered worldwide. SETS The automotive sector in particular relies on the smooth supply of high-quality products. Efficiently designing individual procure- ment processes enables us to optimally supply customers. We make sure of this by using ROM – REYHER Order Manage- ment for C - part management. Our kanban supply systems offer com- binable modules, RFID technology, barcode systems, flexible labelling and modern data transmission paths.
