SOCIAL COMMITMENT HAMBURG’S SOCIAL CONNECTION Giving us that special kick – since 2016 we have supported the HSV foundation ‘Hamburger Weg - Hamburg Way’. It’s our aim to support children and young people in educa- tion, welfare and sport and to open up new perspectives for the upcoming generation. In our company too, there’s a project that has proved to be spot on for all involved. In addition for many years, we have taken part regularly in benefit runs in aid of welfare projects. We support these in Hamburg, e. g., ‘Formula Students’ by giving fasteners for their designs, enabling them to reach pole position. COMMITMENT TO VOCATIONAL TRAINING WE FINE-TUNE OUR TRAINEES We place great importance on initial training. Many of our trainees remain with us after their (dual) education in the company – making a conscious decision to follow a career path at REYHER. We find this development really pleasing, since ‘home grown’ expertise pays off in the long run. 3
