Did you know that REYHER is 135 years old this month? In October 1887, Ferdinand Reyher founded a trade for ship's goods, hardware and tools directly at the port of Hamburg. Again in October - but 14 years later - Karl Tede and Otto Meyer took over the company and gave it its present name: F. REYHER Nchfg. But apart from the name, not much has remained the same over the past decades.
The company survived two world wars and always managed to keep up with technical innovations and to be modern: From specializing in the trade of fasteners, to the introduction of the first EDP system and the constant technical upgrading, to the early entry into the wind power business.
In addition, REYHER has been able to record steady growth in sales and floor space. Today, around 850 employees ensure the reliable supply of C-parts on 40,000 square meters at the central location in Hamburg. Last year, REYHER achieved sales of around 400 million euros with over 11,000 customers and 130,000 retrievable items.
We would like to thank our business partners for their trust in our company. We will be happy to be there for you in the future as well.
