Ten football crazy youths involved in ‘Die Arche’ ('The Ark') project from Hamburg‘s Billstedt district were able to celebrate HSV’s latest 2-0 home win at the Volksparkstadion. As a 'Hamburg Way' partner, REYHER sponsored the children’s-charity tickets for the game against Greuther Fürth on Saturday 5 October.
‘Die Arche’ is especially involved with children from disadvantaged social backgrounds. In 1995, it was founded in Berlin at the initiative of the Reverend Bernd Siggelkow. It is now active at twenty different locations throughout Germany, reaching out to some 4,000 children and youngsters with its programmes.
